This past month, Plant-Prod was honoured to be able to support one of our employee’s local schools by making a donation to increase awareness to the horticulture industry. The below comes from the Leipsic Local School District Facebook page:

“During the February Board of Education meeting, Mr. Greg Williamson, LLSD Superintendent accepted a donation from Master Plant-Prod Inc. for $1,594.00.
Plant-Prod was represented by Sam Walther. The company has been in business since 1945 manufacturing high quality soluble fertilizers for growers of high value crops, including the horticultural industry, greenhouse vegetables and other growers with demanding requirements. Plant-Prod fertilizers are sold around the world. In the United States they are sold under the Plantex brand name. The company’s mission is to provide best in the world soluble plant nutrition and superior grower support – consistently, so Plant-Prod’s growers thrive beyond others.
Their donations to schools are to increase awareness to the horticultural industry, including aerponic gardening, hydroponics, and the use of fertilizer for plant growth.
Over the course of the next several months our staff and students will be planting trees and plants around the campus and learning more about how to care for the plants to ensure they are productive for years to come.
Thank you Plant-Prod!

This donation was made as part of Plant-Prod’s participation in the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 15 – Life on Land
